ตอนแรกคือเข้าไปประชุม online แบบงงๆ ไปแบบไม่รู้อะไรเลยว่าเค้าทำไรกัน 555555 รู้แค่ว่าจะมี project ช่วยเหลืออาชีพนักดนตรีกลางคืน หรือวงดนตรี ในช่วง covid แล้วก็ได้รับมอบหมายงานจากพี่เต็ด บอก มึงทำ logo เปิดหมวกมานะเอาวันพุธ (ประชุมจันทร์กลางคืน) คือมีเวลาไม่ถึง 3 วัน เราก็ หาาา! ไรอ่ะ งงๆ แต่ก็รับปากไปว่าได้ครับเพราะอยากทำอยู่แล้วแหละอะไรแบบนี้ ตอนนั้นคิดถึงไผ่กับน๊อปก่อนเลยที่จะดึงมาร่วมทีม ด่วน ไว ดี ไม่มีตังให้ ใจล้วนๆ โคตรเขินตอนทักน้องๆไป 55555
อันดับแรกเราคิดคอนเสปไอเดียของ logo นี้ให้มาแนว PEACEFUL PROTEST อยากให้ logo เป็นเหมือนป้ายการเรียกร้องสันติภาพ font ที่เกิดจากการเขียนมือ ไม่ได้มากจากการพิมพ์ ไม่มี GRID แต่ยังดู IMPACT และสื่อสารได้เข้าใจง่าย
main idea หลักของ logo นี้คือ "DIVERSIFIED UNITY" ความแตกต่างอย่างเอกภาพ
คนในวงการเพลงมีความแตกต่างกัน
มาจากคนละที่ คนละวิถีกัน แต่มีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน
จึงสร้าง logo ให้ออกมาแตกต่างกัน ตามประเภทของดนตรีและมีสีสันที่ต่างกัน สามารถนำหยิบไปใช้ตามที่ชอบได้ และสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้อย่างอิสระ ไม่ยึดติดรูปแบบ
แต่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งอุดมการณ์และจุดมุ่งหมายเดียวกัน
reference idea มาจาก เทศกาลดนตรี Woodstock (มีรูป presentation แนบให้ดูนะ)
สัญลักษณ์ของงาน เปิดหมวก festival คือต้องการสื่อสารอย่างตรงไปตรงมา ไม่ซับซ้อนเพื่อการสื่อสารที่ง่ายและทั่วถึง เพื่อความเข้าใจอย่างเป็นเอกภาพของกลุ่มคนดนตรีที่มีความแตกต่างกัน
symbolic คือ ดนตรี = กีตาร์ และ หมวก = การเปิดหมวกสร้างดนตรีแลกกับรายได้
ตัวกีตาร์จึงมีความหลากหลายสามารถเปลี่ยนและหยิบไปใช้ได้ตามสไตล์หรือความชอบของนักดนตรีหรือสถานการณ์นั้นๆเพื่อความเหมาะสมและลงตัว
ส่วนของ poster ที่เป็นตัวแยกของแต่ละวัน คือเน้นเรื่องการสื่อสารและเน้นที่ชื่อวงล้วนๆ ไม่ทำออกมาให้ซับซ้อนและง่ายแก่การนำไปปรับใช้ต่อ เน้นสีสันที่แตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละวัน จัดวางไม่ให้เป็น grid เพื่อให้ดูไปไม่แข็งและไม่เป็นทางการมากเกินไป
ส่วน poster รวม จริงๆมันมาจาก น๊อป designer วางแปะลงบนกำแพงเพื่อเป็น mock up ให้ดูเป็น presentationเฉยๆ แต่พี่เต็ดบอกชอบเอาแบบนี้เลย เอ้าาา 555555 ก็เลยเป็นแบบที่เห็นแหละ
งานนี้ต้องโคตรขอบคุณน้องๆที่เข้ามาช่วยกันอย่างทุ่มเทมากๆครับ ทุกคนมาด้วยใจและไม่หวังค่าตัวจริงๆ น่ารักที่สุด

Mình là Na, sinh vào năm 1995 ở Tuyên Quang trong một gia đình nông thôn thuần tuý và từng rất nghèo.
Mình trượt đại học một năm nên đi học với các em 96.
Tốt nghiệp loại Giỏi ngành Xuất Bản tại Học viện Báo chí và Tuyên truyền năm 2018.
Đi làm vì tiền và nhảy việc trên 10 nơi từ hồi là sinh viên… =)))
Giờ là freelancer đúng nghĩa và kinh doanh một quán nhậu nhỏ tên Muối.
Mình tóm tắt như vậy để các bạn dễ hiểu và hình dung được mình có một tuổi thơ nghèo khó nhưng có nhiều tình cảm đáng quý nên lớn lên mình mang một tinh thần bất diệt và hơi ngang tàn. Bài chia sẻ của mình sẽ hơi dài về hành trình tìm ra được chính mình, và có những thứ chưa hẳn đã đúng, tuy nhiên hy vọng đâu đó các bạn thấy được bản thân trong này để có góc nhìn và lựa chọn như mình hoặc không như mình nha.
1/ Thời sinh viên mình từng làm: gia sư, nhân viên bán quần áo, nhân viên quán Cafe, CTV báo chí, bán hàng online (Đây là một câu chuyện hài nữa), nhân viên marketing cho 2 công ty và CTV biên tập tại NXB. Từng bị quỵt tiền, nợ lương, cũng từng được học sinh và ba mẹ học sinh quý mến tin tưởng. Đặc biệt từng được sếp yêu thương, dạy dỗ cho đi học cái này cái kia. Để đúng thời điểm đó mình nhận ra mình thích viết, thích lên kế hoạch sản xuất, cũng đúng thời điểm đó mình tiếp cận về marketing, về xấu thế nào đẹp ra sao và hiệu quả của bất kỳ chiến lược nào đều là… bán được bao nhiêu sản phẩm!
Công việc tạm ổn, thu nhập tốt, học hành thuận lợi nên mình có điều kiện hơn. Mình tự túc đi du lịch nơi này nơi kia, mình mua nhiều sách mới để đọc và hiểu về các ngành nghề (thứ mà hồi nhỏ mình ước mà không có).
Kinh nghiệm rút ra trong giai đoạn này của mình chính là đọc thật nhiều, đi thật lắm và kết bạn khắp nơi. Công việc thì sẵn sàng dùng sức mua kiến thức, tìm được mentor tốt để định hướng bản ngã sẽ là một điều tuyệt vời. Ôm ước mơ không ôm ước ao, hành động không phải là vẽ kế hoạch mà là bước ra ngoài, sai thì sửa!
2/ Sau khi tốt nghiệp Đại học mình chia tay gia đình, bàn bè thân, anh chị sếp đáng mến và đám học sinh đáng yêu đi thẳng vào Sài Gòn. Trong tay có 15 triệu làm vốn, bên cạnh có 2 ả bạn thân cùng lập nghiệp.
Mình vác CV đi phỏng vấn ngay ở một công ty nọ với vị trí đã mơ ước từ hồi là sinh viên: Sản xuất chương trình. Sau khi vào công ty nổi tiếng này mình nhận ra nó không có process rõ ràng, mình bị hứa từ ngày này qua ngày khác mà vẫn chưa có một bảng nhận xét của sếp trực tiếp để chính thức kí HĐ thử việc. Tức là hàng ngày cứ đi làm mà không biết khi nào kí HĐ, khi nào có lương, chế độ ra sao? Được gần 1 tháng, số tiền trong tay sắp âm và mình cảm thấy sợ hãi, đất khách quê người không có tiền không có ai thì sống làm sao. Rồi bạn thân đi cùng mình vào SG mới gửi cho mình JD của vị trí trong team Content ở một Agency. Đi phỏng vấn ngay ngày hôm đó chứ gì nữa và chị sếp thân yêu đã nhận mình với mức lương 10 triệu.
Tuy đã bước một bước khác so với con đường làm sản xuất nhưng thật vui vì mình sẽ không chết đói ở Sài Gòn hoa lệ mà vẫn có tiền để tiếp tục ước mơ.
Kể từ đó mình nghĩ… đam mê của mình là tiền, có tiền để làm công cụ cho nhiều ước mơ khác!
3/ Agency Life
3.1/ Content
Từ tuần đó mình làm việc khoảng 12-15 tiếng một ngày (hoặc hơn), mặc dù giờ làm việc của công ty từ 8h-12h và từ 13h30-18h, nhưng đa số mình bắt đầu vào khoảng 7h sáng và ra về lúc 20h-21h. Khi về rồi cũng vẫn phải mở máy làm cái này cái kia, check mail, tin nhắn, tuy nhỏ nhưng take time. Phần vì nhiều việc thật và phần vì mình tay ngang từ báo chí, sản xuất, chỉ có một thời gian ngắn với kinh nghiệm marketing chứ không phải quá nhiều. Vì vậy muốn nhanh muốn giỏi nên không ngại làm nhiều, không ngại đọc và học gấp đôi người ta để chạy cho kịp.
Đúng thời điểm đó, 2 ả bạn thân đi cùng ban đầu quyết định về Bắc, tinh thần mình gần như suy sụp vì chơi vơi không có ai, thế là càng cắm đầu vào công việc hơn nữa, hàng ngày coi công ty như là nhà.
Một cuộc họp nhiều thuật ngữ không nghe kịp mình phải note lại để sau đó nhớ kỹ, khi triển khai không làm khổ đồng nghiệp hay gây rắc rối ngớ ngẩn. Ngày nào cũng niệm trú lắng nghe nhiều ý kiến, nhiều nguồn tin để có ý tưởng creative tốt adapt đúng với mong muốn account brief từ khách xuống. Thêm một phép trú đã giúp mình sống sót nữa là bình tĩnh nếu bị chê ý tưởng, nội dung không ra gì. Đó là chuyện bình thường ở Agency. =))).
Nhớ có lần đi họp ở client là Brand xe hơi, người ta hỏi mình xe của họ chạy bằng xăng hay bằng dầu. May trả lời đúng nên sếp ngồi vỗ tay như đưa con đi thi bé khoẻ bé ngoan mà bé đáp chuẩn. Còn có lần làm Brand xe tải rồi đèn Led phải đi phỏng vấn trải nghiệm hết người này người kia để có góc nhìn của TA. Làm content kể cũng nhàn: sáng thì học chăm sóc da cho nhãn mỹ phẩm, gần trưa hỏi về trang sức, chiều thì qua cách lái xe, tối đi lê la hỏi cách bảo quản đèn Led thông minh…
Kinh nghiệm rút ra cho giai đoạn này là:
- Content chân chính, làm đúng brief đúng deadline trước khi muốn làm hay.
- Hiểu càng kỹ về sản phẩm càng tốt, client khó tính vì họ quá hiểu sản phẩm của họ, họ không cho phép mình sai hay nhầm.
- Creative không có nghĩa chỉ là bay bổng mà còn là lắng nghe từ nhiều hướng và biết đưa về 1 ý tinh tuý nhất adapt đúng brief.
- Làm việc với designer phải kiên nhẫn và thấu hiểu, người hệ hình khác người hệ chữ nhiều lắm.
3.2/ Account
Sau một thời gian chinh chiến, team mình có sự thay đổi lớn về nhân sự, sếp là người mentor hồi đó cũng nghỉ. Mình đã lên plan quay lại Hà Nội và quyết định xin nghỉ việc. ^^
Thế rồi một số anh chị về và thiết lập một team mới toanh từ cả người cũ lẫn mới, trong đó có mình. Người chị Account Manager nhận ra khả năng tiềm tàng trong mình và thuyết phục ở lại để chị training chuyển hướng mình qua làm Account. Đây lại là một giai đoạn chuyển mình thực sự lớn và có giá trị, mình lại ăn nằm ngủ nghỉ ở công ty để làm quen với quy trình của Account, Recap chuyên nghiệp, brief đúng nghĩa hay Action plan, Detail timeline…
Tiếp tục những ngày tháng “chạy trốn thanh xuân”, đỉnh điểm 1 AE như mình mà ôm 10 project, có nhỏ có to khiến mình điên đầu kinh khủng. Mình đến công ty rất rất sớm chỉ để note xem hôm nay có những việc gì và chiếc note trên máy tính bị loạn nên mình tạo một sổ note tay. Sau đó bắt đầu vào việc, cho tới đêm về tắm cũng vẫn bị khách gọi. Mình làm quen với việc đọc plan và làm quen với những dự án có production trong Agency… Từ đó ghép với kiến thức viết với kiến thức content, lần đầu mình thực hành lên được social plan tổng thể.
Chưa kể được công ty cho học về perfomance nên đọc plan cũng tốt hơn, chuyên nghiệp hơn. Những ngày tháng sấp mặt đó thực sự có giá trị, vẫn là bán sức kiếm lời kiến thức nhưng thu nhập cũng không tồi.
Kinh nghiệm rút ra cho giai đoạn này là:
- Luôn luôn Recap và Họp kick off dự án dù có động đất.
- Sắp xếp công việc của mình khoa học trước khi muốn follow tiến trình job hay của internal.
- File sạch và lưu tên file chuẩn (VD: Brand_Project_Detail_Date) sẽ luôn giúp bạn kha khá đó.
- Có giờ giới nghiêm để đảm bảo sức khoẻ: ví dụ sau 8h tối không giải quyết các vấn đề trừ khi có crisis, khung giờ này bạn không cần báo với client hay với ai, cứ im lặng mà làm. Có noti thì ngày mai tiếp nhận sớm và xư lý chuyên nghiệp dần dần!
- Giữ các file và sắp xếp mỗi ngày/tuần, đừng để lộn xộn quá lâu.
- Trước khi hứa với client nhớ check tính khả thi.
4/ Sau đó mình có nhảy qua thêm 1 client và 1 công ty truyền thông nữa, nói chung là truân chuyên tuy nhiên rất vui vì mình tìm ra chân ái muốn kinh doanh nên cần một số vốn nhất định. Chính vì vậy mà mình nhận nhiều job freelance hơn, lên plan cho việc nghỉ việc về mở quán.
Ai hỏi đam mê gì thì xin phép đam mê tiền, để về mở quán kinh doanh hay để có cuộc sống tốt hơn với những người mình yêu và được thích viết gì thì viết không sợ feedback của ai hếtttt. Giờ thì mình đang đi con đường mình chọn, chuẩn bị học văn bằng 2 về Ngành Tâm lý như mình muốn, mình hạnh phúc vì mỗi ngày đều giá trị.
Nói chung mình đúc kết lại là từ khi sinh viên cho tới tầm 23, 24 tuổi nên sẵn sàng bán sức kiếm kiến thức, tìm mentor vững vàng và có hướng đi đáng học hỏi. Tiếp đó bạn có thể tìm công việc yêu thích, giai đoạn này đừng quá quan trọng công ty to hay nhỏ mà hãy lắng nghe mình để chọn công việc bạn yêu thích, mình cho rằng thời điểm này là dùng trí thu lợi nhuận. Cuối cùng, hãy bước tới việc dùng tiền tạo ra tiền, tuy nhiên nhỏ to nhiều ít thì là do quan điểm của mỗi người nhé.
Thời điểm, tuổi tác thì với mình còn do trải nghiệm, có thể người ta 24 tuổi chuyển qua giai đoạn dùng tiền tạo ra tiền rồi, nhưng mình chưa tới thì cứ cố gắng tiếp thôi. Miễn vui vẻ và luôn biết tiến lên là được, như vậy bạn nhất định sẽ thành công như bạn muốn!

ทว่า หลังจากจบเหตุการณ์ที่ต้องใช้มีดเล่มนี้ในเกมแล้ว เราก็ไม่มีโอกาสได้จับมันอีกเลยจนจบเกม และ Capcom เอง ก็ไม่ได้ใส่มีดเล่มนี้ เข้ามาเป็นของปลดล็อคจากการเล่นในโหมดต่างๆ ด้วย ซึ่งสร้างความเสียดายให้แก่ผู้เล่นบางส่วน

แต่ก็อย่างที่หลายคนว่าไว้ ว่าไม่มีอะไรที่นักม็อดทำไม่ได้ โดยคุณ fobbi แห่งบอร์ด ResidentEvilModding ได้ทำม็อดที่เปลี่ยนมีดพกปกติ ให้กลายเป็น Dagger of Death's Flowers สุดสวยงามเล่มนี้แทน โดยใช้ชื่อว่าม็อด Dimitrescu Knife
